Cancellation Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

Pursuant to § 312g BGB in conjunction with Art. 246a EGBGB

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from any contract concluded with Multi Lingua Consulting within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date on which the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email) to:

You may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, though it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from a contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested us to begin performing services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a proportionate amount corresponding to the services already provided up to the point at which you notified us of your withdrawal, in comparison with the full scope of the contract.

Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

Please note that the right of withdrawal expires before the end of the 14-day period if the agreed service has been fully performed by us and you expressly agreed at the beginning of the contract that we could begin performance before the withdrawal period expired, and you acknowledged that your right of withdrawal would expire upon full performance of the contract.
