I was born in the UK, grew up between England, Spain and Germany, and have spent most of my adult life somewhere in between. I know what it’s like to switch languages depending on who’s in the room, to feel more at home in one language than another depending on the topic, and to carry questions about identity and belonging that are hard to put into words in any of them.

Those experiences didn’t just shape who I am — they shaped what I do. After studying British Studies and Spanish Philology at the University of Regensburg and completing specialist training in multilingualism consulting (Mehrsprachigkeitsberatung), I founded Multi Lingua Consulting because I kept meeting people who were navigating the same questions without any real support.

Parents wondering whether they were doing the right thing for their children. Individuals who felt caught between their languages and their sense of self. Teachers who cared deeply about their multilingual students but weren’t sure how to reach them. Companies with incredibly diverse, talented teams who weren’t quite communicating as well as they could.

The work I do is about making multilingualism feel manageable, meaningful and genuinely positive — for families, for individuals, for institutions and for organisations. Every situation is different, and I take that seriously.
