Families
You want your children to grow up with their languages — but you’re not always sure whether what you’re doing is working, or whether the worries you have are worth worrying about. Language mixing, one language pulling ahead of the other, questions about school: these are some of the most common things families bring to me, and they’re all things we can work through together.
I offer one-to-one family consultations, structured family language planning, and workshops and webinars for parents. Sessions are available online and in person, in English, German or Spanish.
Individuals
Whether you’re learning a new language as an adult, feeling disconnected from a language you grew up with, navigating a multilingual career, or working through questions about identity and where you belong — I offer a space to explore all of that at your own pace.
I offer one-to-one coaching, multilingual career support, and confidence and communication sessions. Available online and in person, in English, German or Spanish.
Schools
More and more students are growing up with more than one language, and schools need practical strategies to support them well. That means empowering teachers, strengthening policies, and building genuine communication with multilingual families.
I offer teacher workshops and training, policy and strategy guidance for leadership teams, and family and community sessions. Available online and in person.
Companies
A multilingual workforce is already an asset — most businesses just haven’t fully worked out how to make use of it. I help companies improve communication, build inclusive workplace cultures, and connect more effectively with international or multilingual customers.
I offer training and workshops, language-inclusive workplace strategy, and customer experience consulting. Available online and in person.
How it works
Step 1: We talk — for free
Every new client starts with a free 30-minute intro call. You tell me what’s going on; I ask a few questions. No prep needed, no commitment. By the end of the call, we’ll both have a clearer sense of whether and how I can help.
Step 2: We choose the right approach
Depending on your situation, we might work together in single sessions, over a short programme, or through a workshop. I’ll recommend what I think makes most sense, and we decide together.
Step 3: We get to work
Sessions are practical, personal and paced to suit you. You’ll leave each one with something concrete — a new understanding, a clearer plan, or a strategy you can put into practice straight away.
