2. Scope of Services
Multi Lingua Consulting offers multilingualism consulting services to individuals, families, educational institutions, and companies. Services include but are not limited to:
- One-to-one consultation sessions (online or in-person)
- Multi-session consulting packages
- Workshops for groups, schools, or organisations
- Advisory services for companies with multilingual teams
The precise scope of services is agreed individually for each client engagement. Isabel Stocker Braza provides these services personally. The right to engage subcontractors requires the client’s prior written consent.
Multi Lingua Consulting does not provide medical, psychological, speech therapy, or legal advice. If a client’s situation requires such professional input, they will be referred to an appropriate specialist.
3. Conclusion of Contract
A contract is concluded when the client submits a booking request (by email, contact form, or other written communication) and Multi Lingua Consulting confirms the booking in writing, including by email. The booking confirmation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
For ongoing packages, the contract covers all sessions included in that package. Any extensions or additional sessions are subject to a new agreement.
4. Sessions
4.1 Scheduling
Session appointments are agreed by mutual arrangement. Clients are asked to be punctual. If a client is late, the session will end at the originally scheduled time unless Isabel Stocker Braza can extend it. No charge adjustment is made for client-caused lateness.
4.2 Online Sessions
Online sessions are conducted via a video platform agreed in advance (e.g. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar). Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and suitable equipment. Technical difficulties on the client’s side do not entitle them to a refund or rescheduling unless the session cannot reasonably be conducted.
4.3 In-Person Sessions
Where sessions take place in person, the location will be agreed in advance. Any travel costs incurred by Multi Lingua Consulting in connection with in-person sessions at the client’s location will be agreed separately beforehand.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
5.1 Cancellation by the Client
Clients may cancel or reschedule a session free of charge provided they give at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time. Notice must be given in writing (email or WhatsApp message).
If a client cancels or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice, or does not attend a session without prior notice, the full session fee is payable. This applies equally to individual sessions and sessions forming part of a package.
5.2 Cancellation by Multi Lingua Consulting
If Multi Lingua Consulting needs to cancel or reschedule a session, the client will be informed as soon as possible. In such cases, the session will be rescheduled to a mutually convenient time at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, the fee for that session will be refunded in full.
5.3 Package Cancellation
If a client wishes to cancel a multi-session package part-way through, they will be charged for all sessions already delivered. Any sessions paid for but not yet delivered will be refunded, subject to Section 6 (Right of Withdrawal).
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers (private individuals acting outside a professional or commercial capacity) have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of conclusion without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, please notify us by email or post within the 14-day period:
Isabel Stocker Braza, Multi Lingua Consulting
Gröbenzeller Str. 18, 82178 Puchheim, Germany
Email: info@multi-lingua-consulting.com
A model withdrawal form is available for download on our website, though its use is not obligatory.
If you have expressly requested that services begin within the 14-day withdrawal period, you remain liable to pay a proportionate amount for services already delivered up to the point of withdrawal.
Please also see our separate Cancellation Policy page for further detail on the right of withdrawal.
7. Payment
7.1 Fees
The fees applicable to each service are as communicated by Multi Lingua Consulting at the time of booking. All prices are in euros (€) and, where applicable, inclusive of VAT.
7.2 Payment Method
Payment is made by bank transfer to the account details provided in the invoice. Payment must be received within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7.3 Packages
For multi-session packages, the full package fee is invoiced upon booking confirmation. Sessions may not be split across different packages or transferred to third parties.
7.4 Late Payment
If payment is not received by the due date, Multi Lingua Consulting reserves the right to suspend scheduled sessions until the outstanding amount is settled, and to charge statutory default interest in accordance with § 288 BGB.
8. Confidentiality
Multi Lingua Consulting treats all personal information shared during consulting sessions as strictly confidential. Information disclosed by clients will not be shared with third parties without the client’s explicit consent, except where required by law.
Clients are likewise asked to treat any materials, frameworks, or methods shared during sessions as confidential and not to reproduce or distribute them without prior written consent.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, worksheets, and content created or provided by Multi Lingua Consulting remain the intellectual property of Multi Lingua Consulting, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may use these for their own personal or internal purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use requires prior written consent.
Where Multi Lingua Consulting creates bespoke materials specifically for a client (for example, a tailored workshop programme), ownership of those materials may be agreed separately.
10. Liability
Multi Lingua Consulting will provide services with reasonable care and skill. However, consulting services are advisory in nature and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. In particular, Multi Lingua Consulting is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of earnings, or loss of data. Liability for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, or for breach of a fundamental contractual obligation (Kardinalpflicht), remains unaffected.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Data Protection
Multi Lingua Consulting processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable German data protection law. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a formal dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration body.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. For contracts with consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of the consumer’s habitual residence also apply, to the extent that they offer greater protection.
For contracts with businesses (B2B), the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Puchheim, Germany.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
